		<description><![CDATA[I used 1/2 water and 1/2 buttermilk to soak overnight and strained out any remaining liquid the next morning. The tapioca did not fall apart but when they cooked they became very gelatinous. The flavor was still great but kinda sticky. I&#039;ll try it your way next time.]]></description>
