It is called hing in India and you will see it labeled as such in Indian stores.  It has a faintly onion flavor and is a staple in lentil dishes as well as the rogan josh.  Let me know if you are able to get your hands on some!]]></description>

Pretty sure you&#039;ve played Didu and Ashish, Mom, Dad, and I have all been the role of MIL in your own life&#039;s stories of cooking in the kitchen! Demanding? Particular? Rows ensuing? ... ;) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wouldn&#039;t have it any other way though - we do get the best food as a result!]]></description>
